They also have the function of double-sided turning. The workpiece is mounted in the middle and processed at both ends simultaneously. It is mainly used for machining shaft parts with good coaxiality.
The STC100 double-head CNC lathe belongs to the form of double spindle and double tool frame, and can be used for compound processing of two same parts or two different parts at the same time. The parts can also be two brightness face milling processing (that is, a spindle for normal turning, the other spindle when the back shaft use); At the same time also equipped with double tool frame, double power head and drill holder, turning tool holder can be loaded with more than one tool, and the tool can be adjusted in different directions, so as to two side milling, turning, drilling, tapping, section milling, drilling, tapping, grinding and other procedures.
