1. Purpose and method of drying feed
The purpose of feed drying is to remove the excess moisture from the feed raw materials so as to facilitate packaging, transportation, storage, processing and use. There are many classification methods of drying equipment, according to the different structure of drying equipment, commonly used drying equipment are: spray drying equipment, fluidized bed drying equipment, air drying equipment, rotary cylinder drying equipment, drum drying equipment, infrared drying equipment, high-frequency drying equipment.
2. Drying equipment
(1) Spiral flash drying equipment Spiral flash drying equipment is mainly composed of feeder, drying chamber, cyclone separator and cloth bag collector. (3) Rotary plate drying equipment Rotary plate drying equipment belongs to downstream drying equipment. 3. Drying methods
Vacuum freeze-drying equipment Vacuum freeze-drying equipment is used to freeze the material into solid state first, and then vacuum pumping makes solid ice sublimate directly into gaseous water vapor, so as to achieve the purpose of drying.
