High frequency furnace (also known as: high-frequency brazing machine, high-frequency brazing equipment) is an induction heating equipment that heats the welding materials to a certain temperature by induction current to melt the solder, so as to connect two metals of the same material or different materials together. Brazing process of high frequency brazing equipment: the surface cleaned workpieces are assembled in lap joint type, and the solder is placed near or between joint gaps. When the workpiece and filler metal are heated to a temperature slightly higher than the solder melting point, the filler metal melts (the workpiece is not melted), and is sucked in and filled with the solid workpiece by capillary action. The liquid solder and the workpiece metal are mutually diffused and dissolved between the gaps, and then the brazed joint is formed.

High frequency induction hardening equipment can make the operator observe the brazing process, which is difficult to achieve for flame welding. Its controllable induction heating and accurate heat transfer greatly reduce the risk of overheating, so as to avoid loose joints. The temperature can be controlled within ± 2 ℃ according to special process requirements. The working environment of flame heating is uncomfortable, which reduces the working enthusiasm and production efficiency of operators, while induction heating is very quiet and does not cause the surrounding environment to warm up. Induction heating is controllable and repeatable. If you input the process parameters you want in induction heating, it will work repeatedly and circularly with little error.
