The molecular sieve regeneration technology of nitrogen generator depends on the factors. The molecular sieve adsorber and regeneration are purified gas from the top of T1 tower in Rectisol section. The temperature is - 63.6 ℃, the pressure is 5.31mpag, and the flow rate is 86841m3 / h. The nitrogen generator removes trace CH3OH, H2O and CO2 to prevent them from freezing and blocking the equipment in the cold box. Different manufacturers choose different types of adsorbent for this section, and the design of regeneration parameters is based on the adsorption parameters.
