[1] Installation and use
1. Please pay attention to clean the connecting pipes and joints during installation to avoid bringing dirt into the gas path.
2. During installation, please pay attention to whether the airflow direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the body, and pay attention to whether the nozzle and tooth shape are correct.
3. Pressure adjustment: pull up the pressure regulating knob and turn clockwise to increase the pressure. Counterclockwise, pressure drops. Adjust to the required pressure, press down the pressure regulating knob to lock up.
4. Water discharge: When there is no air pressure, water will be discharged automatically. When there is air pressure, push the drainage column upward and discharge the water. After drainage is completed, release the drainage column and the drainage column will spring down automatically. When the water level exceeds the upper limit, please drain immediately, otherwise it will cause poor dehumidification.
5. Oil quantity adjustment: rotate the needle valve clockwise to reduce the oil quantity; rotate the needle valve counterclockwise to increase the oil quantity. After adjusting the air flow and setting the needle valve, the air flow is large and the oil drop is large; Low air flow, low oil drop.
6. Refueling method: The refueling operation can be carried out without closing the air pipeline. Turn the refueling screw counterclockwise, and the amount of refueling should not exceed 80% of the cup. After refueling, tighten the refueling screw, do not directly remove the oil storage cup before refueling.
[2] Maintenance
1. Clean/replace the strainer: take out the strainer and blow it from the inside out with air, then reuse it.
2. Transparent PC cup: remove the PC cup and wipe it with a clean dry cloth. Do not use any chemicals that will damage the PC material to clean it.
