Operation method of portable oil filter
(1) Place the machine on the flat ground or in the trunk, carefully check whether the whole machine is loose, pay special attention to the motor and oil pump connection parts must be tight and concentric.
(2) Connect the power supply correctly, start the oil pump and check whether its rotation direction is correct, or change the power phase sequence.
(3) Connect the inlet and outlet pipes and tighten them. Remind the user to pay attention to the fastening of the outlet pipes and the outlet ports, or with the increase of pressure, the outlet pipes will be washed away, adding unnecessary trouble.
(iv) After the tubing is fixed, start the motor button and the oil pump starts to work normally. The oil filtered out after three stages is the purified oil.
(5) When one barrel (box) of oil is finished and another barrel (box) of oil needs to be pumped, it shall act quickly to avoid idle running of the oil pump for a long time. If there is no time to stop the oil pump, it shall be started again after the oil inlet pipe is connected.
What to pay attention to in the maintenance of portable oil filter:
(1) The machine mainly adopts mechanical filtering method, and reduces the density of filter screen step by step, to achieve the purpose of improving the filtering accuracy, it can be seen that, in the working process of the equipment, the primary filtration is easy to be blocked by impurities, at this time there will be less oil inlet than oil outlet.
Treatment method: remove the top cover of the primary filter, take out the filter screen, clean with the same type of cleaning oil, and then restore the work.
(ii) If the head is too high in the process of refueling, the motor temperature will rise rapidly and the noise of the oil pump will increase.
Treatment method: 1. According to the specified head work; 2. Work intermittently.
(iii) Abnormal increase of oil pump noise:
Treatment method: 1. Check whether the connecting shaft of oil pump is concentric; 2. Whether the screws are loose or dropped. The above phenomena can be eliminated by recovery.
(4) Strictly prohibit the lack of direction, so as not to burn out the motor.
