(1) The air falling into the methanol cracking furnace pipeline must be completely discharged before starting the quenching furnace;


(2) Methanol is harmful to human body and environment, so it is necessary to prevent leakage in storage and transportation pipelines;


(3) CO and H2 in the furnace gas waste gas are inflammable, explosive and toxic, and should be burned in the furnace mouth;


(4) Check whether the circulating cooling water, bottom mixing fan, atmosphere pressure, furnace seal and thermocouple are normal. After continuous use, carbon black may occur in the methanol cracking furnace and be scattered in the furnace reactor, and the carbon must be removed once in each furnace.


Incomplete removal of carbon in the furnace will result in:


(1) The thermocouple is not correct in temperature measurement due to carbon deposition, so that the temperature of the heating element is too high and the heating element is damaged;


(2) Incomplete methanol cracking and little atmosphere affect the process quality. Furnace excluding carbon technology: close the methanol inlet valve, close the methanol flowmeter outlet ball valve, turn over the upper ball valve and use small steel bar or compressed air to discharge carbon from the lower ball valve outlet. If the accumulation of carbon in the furnace reactor is serious, the reactor must be turned over and sorted into its interior. After using for a period of time, carbon black and other sundries may occur in the methanol cracking gas pipeline, and the carbon must be removed regularly according to the condition. The method is to turn over the cover of the annealing furnace and seal the methanol cracking gas so that the methanol cracking gas pipeline is not connected with the methanol cracking gas furnace. Turn over the compressed air and blow out the sundry things in the methanol cracking gas pipeline until there is no black smoke coming out of the annealing furnace. Other pipes such as the analyzer inlet can also be blocked by compressed air disposal. In case of leakage, use soapy water for leak detection and disposal.
