Steel tube continuous annealing furnace is mainly used for the bright surface, no decarburization layer and uniform hardness of the treated parts, especially suitable for the bright annealing of stainless steel, copper alloy and other alloy ultra-long pipe rods. The annealing process of all kinds of pipes is similar with little difference. The following is a brief introduction of the bright annealing process of steel pipes:

1. Ensure that the steel pipe is clean and free of oil and dust and the ground environment around the electric furnace is clean (normal steel pipe shall be annealed immediately after being pulled out and cleaned, no more than 48 hours).  


2. Before opening the furnace, decompose ammonia to the required decomposition temperature to ensure a good intake of air and check whether nitrogen is sufficient (normally keep 6-10 bottles full of nitrogen).  


3. Check whether all inlet valves are closed and close all inlet valves before opening the furnace. , start nitrogen intake. First open several valves in front of nitrogen intake and adjust the pressure to 0.3-0.5mpa (intake pressure). At the same time when all the inlet valves of the electric furnace take in nitrogen, the electric furnace variable frequency motor should be turned on to check whether it is running normally, and then the water pump should be opened to see whether the inlet and outlet water are running normally. At the same time, oxygen meter (place two furnace heads) should be used to measure the oxygen content of the furnace. If oxygen is removed, open the hydrogen intake valve, keeping the intake of hydrogen between 25 and 35 ㎡/s, and reduce the amount of nitrogen to allow both to enter. At this point, start the fire at both ends of the furnace mouth. When the fire is ignited, hold a wooden stick in your hand, and the wooden stick head is wrapped with a piece of cloth to light it (people stand on the side of the furnace mouth to light the fire; it is strictly prohibited to stand in the front of the furnace mouth to light the fire). After the two ends of the furnace ignited, the electric furnace temperature control switch began to open, adjust to the required temperature, at the same time close the input nitrogen valve, the flow valve into ammonia gas to 40 ㎡/s, etc. The furnace temperature rose to the required temperature, began to put 1-2 steel pipes, if everything is normal when the steel pipes come out of the oven, you can officially feed production.  


4, in the operation must be neatly dressed, short sleeves and slippers are strictly prohibited to operate, in order to prevent electric burns and workpiece abrasions!  


5. Close the furnace. After all steel pipes come out of the furnace, first close the temperature control of the electric furnace and close the ammonia decomposition valve. Then start the nitrogen intake (nitrogen intake pressure to 0.3-0.5mpa), make sure that the amount of nitrogen intake is normal, and there should be no nitrogen stop in the middle. Nitrogen should be shut off and all the valves on the furnace should be closed until the fire at both ends of the furnace goes out automatically. Close the input water valve and the variable frequency motor after two to three hours.
