When the surface grinder lamp is not on, first of all, we should understand the reason why the lamp is not on, and then take corresponding measures for the reason.
1、 The reason why the power lamp of surface grinder is not on:
1. Fuse Fu3 is burnt out.
2. The lighting transformer of surface grinder is burnt out or there are turn to turn short circuit points.
3. Some auxiliary normally open point in contactors KM1, km2, KM3, km4, km5 and KM6 cannot be connected to the corresponding indicator light.
4. One of the indicator bulbs HL, HL1, HL2, Hl3, HL4 is burnt out.
2、 The corresponding countermeasures are taken
1. Check whether the fuse Fu3 is burnt out. If it is burnt out, replace the fuse, and focus on checking whether there is short circuit in the secondary indicating circuit. If the short circuit point is found, it should be treated first and then powered on.
2. If an indicator light bulb is not on but the bulb is in good condition, check its corresponding control auxiliary normally open point, and check the auxiliary contacts such as KM1, km2, KM3, km4, km5 or KM6, and repair them when poor contact is found.
3. Use a multimeter to measure whether the secondary circuit of lighting transformer is open circuit or inter turn short circuit. You can also measure the voltage to determine. If the primary voltage is normal and the secondary voltage is not output, the transformer is damaged and should be replaced in time.
4. Use the resistance block of the multimeter to measure whether the indicator bulb which is not on is burnt out. If the filament is burnt out, the bulb should be replaced.
