Surface grinder electrical: there are three three-phase asynchronous motors in the main circuit, M1 is grinding wheel motor, M2 is hydraulic pump motor, m3 is cooling pump motor. In addition to the three three-phase asynchronous motors, the main circuit also includes the rectification circuit of electromagnetic chuck and the power supply part for CNC and servo driver, which are not shown in detail in the figure.
The three-phase AC 380V power supply is introduced through the change-over switch QBO. Fal, fa2 and fa3 play a short-circuit protection role, while BBL, BB2 and bb3 protect the grinding wheel motor, hydraulic pump motor and cooling pump motor respectively. QA1 controls the start and stop of grinding wheel motor. QA2 controls the start and stop of hydraulic pump motor. QA3 controls the start and stop of the cooling pump motor. The rectifier part of electromagnetic sucker consists of rectifier transformer TA3 and bridge rectifier circuit tb1, which provides 110V DC voltage. Qa0 controls the input of 380V AC to the input end of the isolation transformer, and the 220 V AC output from the isolation transformer supplies power to the servo driver and CNC through a plastic case circuit breaker.
In addition, in order to prevent the electric leakage from the motor shell, the motor shell is connected with the ground wire.
The electrical schematic diagram of control circuit of m7120 surface grinder is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The main input / output signals of the grinder include GWK (grinding wheel motor rotation), HPK (hydraulic motor rotation), Rak (cooling output), use01 (left moving output), use02 (right moving output), LHK (holding workpiece output), ESP (emergency stop signal), decy (Y-axis return to zero deceleration signal), decz (Z-axis return to zero deceleration signal), scarer1 (table left reversing stop input signal), scarer2 (table moving to the left) The input signal is connected with the external block of the right circulation signal (st). The control and processing of these input and output signals are completed by CNC or PLC built in CNC.
