It can be understood that the first kind of vibration exists in the environment, even if the grinding is not carried out and the surface grinder is started, these vibrations will exist. It is just that some vibration frequencies are close to the resonance frequency of the workpiece, resulting in grinding chatter. The suspicious components causing these vibrations include bearings installed in rotating parts, driving belts and hydraulic components. The second type is that the effect of machining has periodic changes, and its frequency coincides with the resonance frequency of the workpiece, causing vibration ripple. This kind of vibration can be reduced by adjusting the processing parameters. Or choose the grinding wheel with lower hardness and coarser grain size. Because if the rigidity of the surface grinder is different from the price, using sharp grinding wheel to reduce the grinding force can also reduce the vibration ripple to a certain extent.
