Transformer core winding vacuum annealing furnace

The vacuum annealing furnace for transformer core winding is mainly used for annealing different types of core winding, such as transformer, instrument transformer, etc., in order to release internal stress and reduce iron loss.

The vacuum annealing furnace is horizontal front load type and equipped with motor car.

The structure of transformer core wound vacuum annealing furnace is as follows


1) Internally heated fuselage:

-The shell is welded with 10 mm steel plate, lined with section steel, and the bottom is supported by channel steel;

-There are 7 water cooling pipes outside the body

-There is a 11 kw strong convection fan on the back, the fan blade diameter is 500mm; the fan blade and shaft are made of heat-resistant stainless steel; the bearing is imported from Japan

-Equipped with pumping device and nitrogen filling device


2) Door: welded from a whole piece of steel plate, the interior is insulated; the whole door side is opened; sealed with silicone rubber sealing ring and cooled with water; equipped with supervision window.


3) Separate lining:

-The exterior panel is stainless steel 310S 1.5mm thick and the interior is stainless steel 310S 0.5mm thick. They are insulated with high alumina ceramic fiber and fixed with stainless steel fittings. The suspended electric heating components have ceramic parts.

-There are three high temperature resistant guide rails inside for trolley in / out.

-The heating element is Cr20Ni80 flat belt, which is insulated and fixed by high-frequency porcelain bushing;

-Three temperature sensors for temperature control, front, middle and back.


4) Trolley: electric moving on track; loading frame made of stainless steel.


5) Vacuum system:

-Including a zx-70 rotary pump and a zjy-150a roots pump

-Equipped with differential pressure solenoid valve, two-wire vacuum measurement and control silicon tube, two-wire electric contact vacuum gauge, pressure relief valve and related pressure maintaining valve.

-High vacuum flapper valve is used as the main absorption valve

-Equipped with 2 square meter tubular condenser to reduce high temperature damage to vacuum pump.


6) Control panel:

-PLC + PID control

-PLC system: general industrial computer, Siemens motherboard, 80g hard disk, 512M EMS memory, 17 inch LCD

-The digital regulator is controlled by 8-stage process curve and PID control with PID parameter self-setting and overheat limit.

-Three unit temperature control display, vacuum display

-Non paper plotter records the actual temperature in any area and all historical records; 32m memory, USB interface
