1. Usage of vacuum sintering furnace

The sintering furnace is suitable for the degreasing and sintering process of hard alloy, high proportion alloy, stainless steel and ceramic powder MIM products. Air cleaning is adopted to remove oil, with special grease sealing tank and paraffin remover, which has strong degreasing ability and high degree of automation.

3. Structure of vacuum sintering furnace

We can use vertical or horizontal structure according to customer's technical requirements. The special sealed furnace flue and multistage water-cooled laminating oil collector are used for removing oil and collecting oil. The chamber can be removed completely for easy maintenance. Use ni-Cr heating elements, stainless steel or composite insulation board. The heating element can be divided into several zones, each of which controls its temperature independently and is equipped with a programmable PID regulator. Equipped with an aeration and degreasing system, the gas can be filled into the furnace, gasification flow adjustable. Equipped with internal circulation cooling system, can accelerate the cooling speed of materials in the furnace, shorten the working time, is conducive to improve product quality and work efficiency.
