This paper introduces the performance test method of vacuum heat treatment furnace from eight aspects:
1. According to the provisions of "test conditions" and "basic measurement" in the standard of basic technical bar for electric furnace.
2. Conduct the following tests and inspections according to the test methods specified in the relevant provisions of relevant standards.
3. Measurement of rectifier output voltage adjustment range. In the empty furnace non-vacuum state, the instrument connected to the rectifier output end, adjust the output voltage, measurement of its adjustment range.
4. Measurement of rectified output current. During the test, the cleaned workpiece should be loaded into the furnace, the surface area of the workpiece should be large enough to the required value of the current rating, the voltage starting heating should be applied, the voltage and pressure in the furnace should be adjusted, and the output current should be able to reach the design specified rating under the appropriate temperature conditions. The voltage at this point is not specified.
5. Measurement of rated power of rectified output. Measure the maximum value of rated current and voltage regulation range and calculate their product.
6. Check the performance of arc extinguishing. This test is carried out in the process of measuring the rated current of the rectifier output. When the glow discharge into the stable, working voltage of more than 6ooV, artificial feeding gas, so that the workpiece in the furnace arc discharge, arc-extinguishing time record. The waveform was recorded and the time when the current dropped to zero was measured. The average value of the 5 tests was the arcing time.

Tighten the clamp, waiting for the second test, and so on.
7. The airflow dynamic balance test is carried out in the empty furnace state. Adjust the flow rate of working gas to the maximum specified in the design. The vacuum pump should be able to keep the pressure in the furnace within the vacuum range specified in the design. The pressure and the flow rate of working gas are measured with the supporting meter of the plasma heat treatment furnace.
8. Work piece nitriding process test. The typical workpiece with the maximum treatment surface area specified in the design shall be considered during the test; Within g, the nitriding treatment shall be carried out according to the normal treatment procedure. The treatment process and surface quality of the treated workpiece shall be determined by the manufacturer and contractor.
