(1) Oil circuit part: vacuum is pumped by vacuum pump, oil is pumped to heater under negative pressure to reach vacuum filling. Under negative pressure, water in oil begins to evaporate (2). Oil in vacuum tank is controlled by infrared liquid level, and oil pump starts automatically. Impurities are intercepted by high-precision filter core and discharged through oil outlet.

(2) The water in the oil evaporates in (1) vacuum tank, and the water vapor floats up. It is pumped out by vacuum pump, cooled into water droplets by condenser, and discharged through the drain port.
