A large amount of volatile gas will affect and corrodes the surface of the heating element, which will destroy and shorten its life when the metal material with grease and so on is heated. Therefore, the heating should be timely prevention and do a good job of sealing container or appropriate holes to remove.

3. According to the technical requirements, regularly check whether the wiring of the electric furnace and the controller is in good condition, whether the pointer of the indicator is stuck or not when moving, and use the potential difference meter to check the error increase caused by magnetic steel, demagnetization, wire swelling, fatigue of shrapnel and balance destruction.

4. The vacuum tube furnace controller shall be limited to be used in the ambient temperature range of 0-40℃.

5. Always keep the furnace clean, timely remove oxides and the like in the furnace 6. Do not pull out the thermocouple suddenly in high temperature, in case of coat burst.
