Main application and structural features:
Vertical type Aluminum alloy heating furnace is use for the aluminum alloy T6/T12 heat treatment process,consists of heating furnace, furnace body bracket, removable water tank, feeding platform, hydraulic system, electrical and temperature control system. Suitable for solid solution treatment on the aluminum alloy part is heated after the completion of the insulation in a time ≦ 9S.
All fiber structure is used in heating furnace with high power stirring fan, the creative diversion loop, the furnace temperature uniformity at ≦ + 3 ℃. The hydraulic system with PLC control system, a variety of safe and reliable, high degree of automation.
