The  pit type nitriding furnace furnace produce process is:wires load in one vessel with cover and heating in furnace body then they(vessel and cover) lift out of body put side for cooling, another vessel with cover is loading and
 
heating in furnace body. Total produce process vessels are sealed with cover and connected to electricity, gas and thermocouple
 
2)Application :
Mainly applied for metal wire  heat treatment in protective atmosphere(75% Hydrogen, 25% Nitrogen, produce with Ammonia decomposition furnace(user owned)).
