Meet ped standard
In terms of mechanical properties and material specifications, all ice making and water cooling products comply with European Pressure Vessel directive (PED) standards. In addition, our company can provide products to customers according to other relevant standards and different national standards;
Return water cooling
The container type ice water system is equipped with a return water re cooling system. When the water in the cold water tank is not used for a long time, the water temperature will rise to a certain temperature (can be set). The recooling system will then automatically start to cool the water temperature in the cold water tank.
Container assembly
The water cooling system is installed in a new 20 / 40 foot container. The inside and outside of the container are painted white to block the sun. The interior is equipped with necessary lighting and air conditioning equipment, and the bottom is aluminum plate. The assembly, piping installation, wiring and pressure test of cooling equipment shall be completed before delivery.
ICW standard configuration
1. The exterior is a standard white 20 / 40 foot new container; the interior is equipped with air conditioning, lighting and aluminum alloy floor;
2. The refrigeration compressor unit is a semi sealed screw or piston compressor;
3. Evaporation condenser with two speed fan;
4. The first and second stages are efficient stainless steel plate heat exchanger or shell and tube evaporator;
5. The third stage is the stainless steel immersion plate heat exchanger with air pump;
6. Necessary refrigeration system control, connection of protection components and refrigeration pipeline;
7. Valves and subcooled return water pump inside the water line system, with flow indication and low water level alarm
Indication
8. Electrical control components and electric box with operator interface are used to display the level-5 water temperature;
9. The liquid level display of raw water tank and cold water tank is optional.
