Furnace Backing Ceramic Fiber Blanket
Specifications of Ceramic Fiber Blankets:
1. Excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance
2. Low thermal conductivity, low heat storage and low shrinkage
3. It has good sound barrier and mechanical strength, and good elasticity of fibers.
Ceramic fiber blankets are made of long, flexible, interwoven fibers during the "blowing" and "rotating" processes to produce a powerful, lightweight, durable blanket application program in a temperature range from 1100 C to 1430 C. Ceramic fiber blankets have five times better thermal insulation values of hard refractories.
Ceramic Fiber Blanket Uses:
Lining, insulation and repair of furnaces, kilns, furnaces and boilers;
Insulation of power plants, turbines, thermal reactors, generators and nuclear facilities;
Sealing and insulation of expansion joint;
Packaging and insulation of high temperature pipes or metal castings;
Fireproof insulation and lining
