1. The size of inside furnace:W1100mm*D720mm*H1750mm(inside dimension),The size of customer cart :W620mm*D900mm*H1650mm, 

2. The Shell plating of main body oven is made by welding and production with 1.5mm thickness cold plate.The inner Container is made of 1.0t 201# stainless steel plate. The air duct is made of 1.2t stainless steel plate;

3. Double door design, the handle and door hinges are equipped.The bottom of the oven is equipped 5mm steel plate and 4pcs heavy duty universal wheel;

4. 80mm thick insulation cotton is laid at the bottom of the oven.

5. The box body is equipped with explosion-proof window,which is located on the back of the oven, effectively preventing the damage caused by the explosion;

6. The are air inlet and outlet to ensure the air flow and prevent the explosion of flammable gas to a certain concentration.

7. 1 set of wind system;1HP three phase Fan Motor,Horizontal transport wind. The inner is equipped with 10 inch centrifugal galvanized wind blade and special design air duct,Forced hot air circulation, ensuring the temperature uniformity,Making the workpiece bake consistent,The heat body life long. The design temperature: Room temperature--250℃, plus or minus 5 ℃(no-load test) ;

8. The heating method adopts stainless steel stip heating tube to heat,The maximum temperature of the whole furnace is 250℃,The power is 15KW,The heating time is within 15 minutes;

9. The machine is connected with 380V power supply to the air switch which is installed on the wall,not connect with the socket;

10. The insulation layer is 80mm and the insulation cotton is 100K asbestos insulation

11. Electric Control System:The electric control box is located at the top of the body, and there is a simple start-stop switch box,which can be hung on the door for easy operation. One set the RKC digital display intelligent master temperature controller,one set the mechanical temperature control with dual temperature control safety mode,one set of automatic timer and automatic alarm,switch,indicator light.it has the temperature adjustable,automatic thermostat control,automatic timing, overtemperature (timeout) alarm,leakage protection and overtemperature protection.
