Medium Frequency Heat treatment Tempering Production Line
The traditional process adopts resistance furnace, which has low efficiency and poor quality stability. According to the characteristics of steel pipes, we have designed a medium frequency steel pipe production line, which has been successfully used in the heat treatment of single cylinder / fuel tank, oil pipe and hydraulic pipe, with stable quality, 2-3 times higher production efficiency and obvious economic benefits.
The complete production line is composed of material mechanical transportation equipment, medium frequency quenching heating module, medium frequency tempering heating module, closed cooling system, infrared temperature measurement quenching cooling equipment and general control panel. The mechanical material transportation kit includes storage platform, material turnover and mixing rack, transportation guide rail kit, straightener and unloading rack. When the cylinder is hardened and heated, bath heating is used. When tempering, constant heating is used to ensure temperature uniformity and reduce deformation.
The feeding line is manually fed, one end of the feeding machine is loaded, the workpiece is placed on the feeding machine, the cylinder is used to push the material, the standard production rate is set, the material cylinder pushes the material according to the set interval, after the material is pushed into the furnace induction sensor, the furnace starts to heat up, the material is heated to the rated temperature, the material is pushed into the device automatically, the material is pushed out and placed in the middle position of the straightener, then straightened by the straightener, at the same time, the system is hardened Start spraying, straightening and hardening.
After quenching, turn on the straightener, push the workpiece out of the lower shaft of the straightener and transport it to the feeding rack of tempering inductor, push it back to the tempering inductor from the feeding cylinder, start the heat preservation inductor, insert the workpiece into the heat preservation inductor, then transport the workpiece out of the system through transport, and conduct overall quenching, tempering and hot refining of the finished product.
