The continuous production line is a pushrod type continuous heating, quenching and tempering production line, which is used for the quenching and tempering heat treatment of the axle, automobile, motorcycle pin, common parts axle, axle, crankshaft, dial difference and spring. The material is 45 steel, 20 Cr, 40 CR. Under the condition of ensuring heat treatment process, hardness ≥ HRC50, dispersion hardness difference ≤ 3HRC.

1. The heat treatment production line adopts a complete set of imported technologies and standards for manufacturing and inspection. The key parts are imported products, and the overall quality reaches the level of imported products.
2. Production process
Heating → heat insulation → quenching cooling → cleaning tempering
3. In order to meet the needs of the heat treatment of workpieces and in combination with the requirements of Chinese domestic enterprises, some improvements have been made to the furnace lining to improve the energy saving effect of the production line.
4. The heating mode is heating tube and protection tube, which prolongs the service life of radiation tube and is easy to maintain and replace;
5. The mesh belt adopts the synchronous transmission of roller, which makes the mesh belt bear the minimum tension during operation and has a long service life.
6. Both sides of the roller are supported by special high temperature resistant sealed bearings.
7. The mesh belt drive is designed with abnormal alarm device to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the mesh belt;
8. The mesh belt furnace returns from the furnace and preheats the cold workpiece, which has obvious energy saving effect.
