Brief introduction of rotary kiln:
Rotary cement kiln belongs to construction equipment such as chemical rotary kiln and active lime rotary kiln.
According to different materials, there are cement kiln, metallurgical chemical kiln and lime kiln.
Cement rotary kiln is widely used in the calcination of cement clinker. There are two types of cement production: dry cement kiln and wet cement kiln.
We can provide you with these kilns with capacities ranging from 300tpd to 8000tpd.
Metallurgical chemical kilns are used in the metallurgical industry, for example, in iron and steel plants, for magnetic roasting of lean iron ores and oxidizing roasting of chromite and nickel iron ores; in refractory plants for roasting high alumina ores; in aluminum plants for roasting clinker aggregates, aluminum hydroxide; and in chemical plants, chrome ores and similar ores.
The lime kiln (rotary lime kiln) is used for roasting the active lime and slightly calcined dolomite in iron and steel plants and ferroalloy plants.
