The furnace has the functions of automatic charging, carburizing (or carburizing & nitriding),
 
quenching, cleaning, cooling and tempering. The computerizing office management is available
 
through a computer control system equipped.
 
Application:
The furnace line can finish whole heat treatment process including automatically
 
feeding, washing, carburizing or carbonitriding, quenching in oil (water or salt), washing and tempering.
 
It is widely used for hardware, tool and motor industries.
