Rq3 series well gas carburizing furnace is a kind of industrial heat treatment furnace with high precision and super energy saving.
The furnace is mainly used for gas carburizing of steel parts, surface hardening / carbonitriding of ordinary carbon steel, gear, mechanical parts and stamping parts.
Carbonitriding can be carried out on heavy gauge stamping parts and low alloy machined parts and gears. It is most commonly used in plain carbon steel.

The carburizing furnace with sand sealing groove is equipped with cooling barrel for storing processed parts.
