Nitrogen Generator Description :
Complete installation requires air compressor, refrigerated air dryer, filter, air tank, nitrogen generator and gas buffer tank.
We offer complete installation, but each component and other optional supplies (such as supercharger, high-pressure compressor, nitrogen cylinder or gas station) can also be purchased separately.
Nitrogen Generator Principle:
When using lift air process, oxygen and nitrogen have different diffusion rate and adsorption capacity on carbon molecular sieve to separate oxygen and nitrogen. When the air is compressed to 0.8MPa, the air source enters the PSA tower after drying and oil-water separation (filter) purification. Oxygen molecules diffuse under pressure and adsorb on carbon molecular sieves. The non adsorbed nitrogen is discharged from the outlet of the adsorption tower. Under reduced pressure, oxygen is desorbed in the adsorption tower, discharged and purged.Moreover, the adsorbent can be recycled.
