PSA Nitrogen Making Machine
PSA (pressure swing absorption) is an advanced gas separation technology. It is based on the physical adsorption of gas molecules on the inner surface of the adsorbent. It can separate gas by absorbing different amount of gas under general pressure.
CMS (carbon molecular sieve) is a kind of adsorbent absorbed from air, which is used to separate oxygen and nitrogen molecules. As shown in the figure, at the same pressure, the adsorption capacity of CMS for oxygen is much higher than that for nitrogen.
PSA nitrogen generator uses air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, and selectively adsorbs carbon molecular sieve to 02 and N2 to generate N2 gas, so as to realize the separation of N2 and 02 in air.
1. Compressed air purification system
It is mainly composed of three-stage filter, freeze dryer and effective oil removal to remove dust, water and oil in the compressed air.
2. Air buffer system
Ensure stable gas supply of 02 / N2 separation system, mainly composed of gas tank and valve
3. Oxygen and nitrogen source balance system
It's the heart of the whole device. It produces N2 through PSA technology, which consists of two Adsorption tower with carbon molecular sieve and automatic control valve.
4. Nitrogen buffer system
Thenitrogen storage room is composed of nitrogen buffer tank, valve and other components to ensure stable and continuous air supply.
5.Electric control system
It is the control center of the whole equipment, composed of PLC, electrical system, instruments and valves.
