Characteristics

1,All materials and components used in the equipment shall be produced by well-known domestic manufacturers, with excellent quality, safe and reliable, and have product certification and quality certification documents.

2,All accessories used in this equipment are explosion-proof fittings and corrosion-resistant fittings, and shall have an explosion-proof certificate and quality certification documents.

3,All fasteners of the equipment should be firmly connected and take reliable anti-loose measures.

4,All the thread-piercing holes of the equipment should be effectively sealed with explosion-proof materials. All flanges and other joints should be copper braided for effective bridging.

5.The manufacturing standards for the explosion-proof materials in the tank body should be higher than the national standard, and the test report issued by the testing agency with the national first-class explosion-proof identification qualification.

6,The tank body adopts the docking process and the double-layer welding joint strengthening process. The outside of the weld seam is not allowed to have defects such as burning through, undercut, slag inclusion and welding.

7,Anti-corrosion and paint: The inner and outer tanks are shot blasting and rust-removing, the surface roughness is Sa2.5; the outer surface of the outer tank is 50μm thick epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust primer, 80μm thick epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, 60μm thick polyurethane topcoat, the total thickness of the coating dry film is not less than 150μm; the inner surface of the inner tank is made of oil-resistant conductive anti-corrosion coating, and the inner surface of the outer tank and the outer surface of the inner tank are made of epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust primer. The topcoat is made of polyurethane topcoat, and the total thickness of the coated dry film is not less than 130μm. The paint is made of famous brand paints at home and abroad.

8,Appearance of the equipment The LOGO shall provide the renderings according to the buyer's requirements, and may be sprayed after being confirmed by Party A.
