Product Description
High vacuum oil metal diffusion pump(diffusion pump for short as below) is suitable for use in electronics industry, chemical industry, vacuum metallurgy, atomic energy industry field. It sucks air from the container to reach to high vacuum(which can reach to 10-5Pa).
The diffusion pump is suitable for suction air which is non-harmful for the pump oil in the high vacuum system.
