2BV Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

2BV series liquid (water) ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping air with water vapor. The suction pressure can reach 33 mbar absolute pressure (vacuum degree is 97%). When the pump works for a long time when the suction pressure is close to the limit vacuum (saturated vapor pressure of working fluid), the cavitation protection pipe shall be connected to protect the pump. When used as a compressor, the maximum pressure is as high as 0.26 MPa (absolute pressure).

2BV Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Features:

1. Direct coupling design saves space, is easy to install and maintain.

2. All of them are equipped with anti cavitation protection pipe. If they work under the limit working pressure, opening the anti cavitation protection pipe (or the connection with separator) can guarantee the suction effect under the cavitation condition to the greatest extent and protect the pump.

3. 2BV series can be equipped with stainless steel impeller, which is high strength, durable and improves the corrosion resistance of the pump.

4. The unique flexible air outlet design will not produce excessive compression, ensuring the best performance and efficiency.

5. Y2 series motors are adopted, with protection grade of IP54 \ IP55 (common, IP44) and insulation grade of F (common is class B insulation).

6. The flexible seal can be completely PTFE, which can greatly extend the service life of the pump under severe conditions.
