This pusher type furnace production line mainly consist of pusher type quenching furnace, quenching automatic discharging device, workpiece tray fast return device, quenching tank, lifting device, oxide skin cleaning device, quenching liquid cooling system, pusher type tempering furnace, cooling room, automatic tempering charging basket, tempering charging basket fast return device, hydraulic system, PLC control system of temperature and mechanical action.etc.

4.The heater of quenching and tempering furnace use electric heating radiant tube, convenience to maintain, when the radiant tube break down during the normal working, it can be replaced at once, no need to stop, ensure the production goes on.
