St-cvtq series single-chamber high pressure gas quenching furnace is composed of furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system, gas charging system, gas cooling system, electronic control system and furnace car. Used for high speed steel, tool and die steel, high temperature alloy, martensite stainless steel, titanium alloy and other materials, can also be used for the annealing of magnetic materials. It has a special compact internal furnace structure, with a high efficiency heat exchanger; The whole cooling method adopts an internal 360-degree nozzle to quench the highest gas pressure up to 1MPa. It is equipped with an optimized gas quenching system and an electrical control system.
