Nitrate Isothermal Quenching Furnace
Nitrate Isothermal Quenching Furnace Features: ordinary medium and high carbon steel parts get martensitic structure after oil quenching, and change to Su's structure after tempering, eliminating stress adjusting hardness However, this process is usually caused by material defects or lack of temper brittleness, which leads to brittle fracture of workpiece.
Similarly, bainite structure is obtained by isothermal quenching with nitrite after heating the parts. When the product is very hard (HRC 50-55 °), bainite structure has excellent mechanical toughness and can make up for the brittleness caused by material defects.
In addition, after isothermal quenching, the deformation coefficient of the workpiece is small, the thermal stress and structural stress of the part are reduced, and the performance is superior.
