Quenching Solid Solution Heat Treatment Furnace
The solution quenching furnace for aluminum alloy is a batch furnace for rapid quenching of aluminum alloy castings.
The workpiece is suspended from the loading frame. At the end of the heating and holding phase, the workpiece will fall into the quenching bath quickly, so as to obtain the ideal quenching quality.
Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is suitable for solution heat treatment and timely treatment of large and medium aluminum alloy parts.
In the production process, move the basket directly to the chassis under the furnace cover, open the furnace door, put down the chain and hook, lift the basket into the furnace, and then close the furnace door for heating. Quenching is to move the water tank under the furnace to the bottom of the furnace cover, then open the furnace door, put down the chain, and then put the basket (workpiece) into the water for quenching.
1). Temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ° C.
2). Quenching transfer time 8-12s (adjustable).
3). Quenching liquid temperature 60-90 ° C (adjustable).
Usage:
