Application:
Mainly used for tool steel, die steel, high-speed steel, alloy steel and other materials in the vacuum quenching process, the shape of the furnace loading no special requirements, quenching parts surface clean, small deformation, high hardness.
Equipment technical characteristics:
1. The heating element is graphite, the insulation layer is the insulation structure of the composite carbon felt and the soft felt, which can ensure the temperature uniformity;
2. Built-in heat exchanger and forced air circulation cooling mode, jet gas uniform and flow, cooling speed;
3. Cooling fan with frequency converter, adjustable wind speed, at the same time to better protect the power grid;
4. The furnace is equipped with temperature, pressure, water pressure, vacuum and other interlocking features, with a highly secure protection and prevention functions;
5. With remote control operation, remote fault diagnosis and remote program updates and other functions.
