Vacuum gas quenching furnace
Vacuum gas quenching furnace is widely used for quenching low, medium and high alloy steel. The system can completely replace other quenching systems working in air or protective atmosphere. The surface of the parts is bright and the quality is reliable. Customers can choose graphite heater or metal heater according to the actual situation of your enterprise, or choose 6 bar or 10 bar cooling pressure according to the characteristics of the materials to be processed.
Heating chamber

vacuum system
Vacuum is a level requirement of 10-3 PA. Use mechanical pump, roots pump and diffusion pump, three-stage vacuum system for operation.
Under no-load / dry degassing, the required vacuum degree shall not be reached for more than 50 minutes.
