Mhbs-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester is an integrated product of precise mechanical structure and microcomputer controlled closed-loop system, which is also the most advanced Brinell hardness tester in the world. The instrument cancels the weight, uses the electric loading and unloading test force, feeds back by the 0.5 ‰ precision pressure sensor, the CPU controls and can automatically compensate the test force lost in the test. The indentation can be directly measured by the micro eyepiece on the instrument, and the diameter, hardness value of the indentation and the comparison table of 17 different hardness tests can be displayed on the LCD screen, as well as the range of Brinell hardness test (HBW) under the current setting state. On the page, the load holding time and light brightness can be set, and an F / D2 selection table is designed for the convenience of users. The instrument also has the terminal display, printing and storage functions of RS232 serial port into PC.
Functions and features: the digital Brinell hardness test is to press a certain diameter steel ball into the surface of the object to be tested with the specified test force. After the specified holding time of the test force, remove the test force, measure the indentation diameter D of the surface of the test piece with the micrometer eyepiece, and take two points D1 and D2, that is, the hardness value can be directly obtained from the display screen.
