The high temperature sintering chamber furnace is designed for the debinding, pre-sintering and sintering of electronic components, ceramic materials, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy and other products, as well as heat treatment processes for other materials. The equipment thermal insulation materials are made of high-quality energy-saving imported foam bricks. The heating elements are selected from the imported KTL resistance wire which spiral wound on the corundum pipe heating method, and the heating pipe is installed on five sides of the furnace. The control instrument uses 180 imported Japanese program control instruments. The equipment has the advantages of stable temperature control, superior performance, low energy consumption, and clean furnace. It is very suitable for medium and small batch production and scientific research.

When the temperature is reduced to the specified temperature, the exhaust port is automatically opened, and the new air enters the furnace through the frequency conversion blower to accelerate the cooling rate.
