High Temperature & Low Vacuum Microwave Sintering Furnace
The third generation high temperature microwave laboratory system. Exquisite design is the focus of the advanced technology of the system. It consists of four subsystems, which are integrated to provide a real manual experience for processing materials and metal, chemical and biological samples.
It is the only standard in the high temperature and high power research furnace. It consists of a double-layer, water-cooled, vacuum sealed stainless steel heating chamber connected to a vacuum and gas permeation system, thus providing a highly controlled environment for sample processing. Energy is transferred to the sample load by direct energy transfer from a high-precision micro head capable of transmitting microwave power up to 6 kW to heat the sample to a temperature limited only by the latest technology of insulating materials.
The inherent high-efficiency energy transfer of microwave treatment makes it easy to heat the sample to a temperature above 1600c in minutes rather than hours. Our energy delivery system has been carefully manufactured, assembled and individually tested with unparalleled durability. They are rated for 5000 hours of operation. Similarly, the control system is very complex, which can provide users with complete control of all operating parameters. The sample is heated and cooled according to the accurate heating schedule. By touching the button on the LCD touch screen, the sample can be programmed and stored in the system.
Each system is equipped with a standard high-precision optical pyrometer, which can accurately measure temperature in a wide range of temperatures up to 2250c. Metal, industrial ceramics, glass, powder metallurgy parts, almost all the systems studied in the laboratory can be processed in produce the best quality final products.
