The mesh belt conveyor furnace is designed for various heat treatment processes, such as hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding, bright annealing, tempering, isothermal annealing and stress relief. The production line is equipped with feeding machine, pre washing machine, carburizing and quenching furnace, post cleaning machine, tempering furnace, etc.

1). Mesh belt drive system: the high temperature resistant stainless steel roller is driven by the sprocket, and the circulating trawl belt enters the cavity, which can extend the service life of the mesh belt, reduce the heat loss of the furnace, and improve the thermal efficiency.
2). The furnace is equipped with fans to ensure uniform temperature and to protect (carburizing) atmosphere from even dispersion, so as to improve carburizing speed and workpiece quality.
3). The back of the furnace is equipped with an exhaust fan, which can timely exhaust the exhaust gas and improve the glossiness of the workpiece surface.
4). The bottom of the furnace body is provided with a slag discharge port to facilitate the cleaning of slag.
5). The furnace door adopts a new sealing design, which can save 55-65% of the atmospheric consumption under the pressure of ≥ 10-100pa, and has a deep permeability, and the efficiency is 30-40% higher than before.
