Vacuum tempering furnace product description
Vacuum tempering furnace is widely used for quenching of low, medium and high alloy steel. The system can completely replace other quenching systems working in air or protective atmosphere. The surface of the parts is bright and the quality is reliable. Customers can choose graphite heater or metal heater according to the actual situation of your enterprise, or choose 6 bar or 10 bar cooling pressure according to the characteristics of the materials to be processed.

Furnace body
The structure of double-layer cylinder is made of carbon steel.
Equipped with water cooling system to ensure safe contact of the shell.
Heating chamber
You can choose the nickel chromium heater or molybdenum heater according to the annealing temperature required by the workpiece. The highest temperature of Ni Cr heater is 700C, and that of Mo heater is 1100c.
Vacuum system
The vacuum degree is required to be 10-1 PA and 10-3 PA.
Equipped with mechanical pump, roots pump and diffusion pump, three-stage vacuum system
Under no-load / dry degassing, the required vacuum degree shall not be reached for more than 50 minutes.
