Hand held thermocouple
1、 Product Description:
Wrnk-181 and wrek-181 hand-held thermocouples, also known as handle type thermocouples, are specially used to measure the surface temperature of various solid media and the temperature of liquid and gas. The use range of hand-held thermocouple is very wide, which is not limited by the shape of the object surface. The shape is light and convenient to carry. Because the hand-held thermocouple has the advantages of small diameter, bending, anti vibration, fast thermal response time, fastening and durability, high reliability, etc., the product can directly measure and display various media within the range of 0 ~ 1300 ℃ in different production processes when used in combination with the digital display instrument It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, rubber, plastics, ceramics, granary and other industrial departments and enterprises.

★: 1) if the temperature measurement range and the material of the protection tube are not specified, the material of the protection tube shall be provided by 1Cr18Ni9Ti;
2) The number at the end of the difference between the shell type and the insulating product model, for example: wrnk-182 / wrnk-188.
3、 Thermal response time:
When the temperature changes in a step, the time required for the output of the thermocouple to change to 50% of the step change is called the thermal response time, which is expressed by τ 0.5.
The thermal response time of hand thermocouple shall not be greater than the following table:
Thermal response time τ 0.5s | Shell type | Insulated type |
Casing diameter (mm) | ||
2.0 | 0.4 | 0.5 |
3.0 | 0.6 | 1.2 |
4.0 | 0.8 | 2.5 |
5.0 | 1.2 | 4.0 |
6.0 | 2.0 | 6.0 |
8.0 | 4.0 | 8.0 |
