The carbon nano tube continuous production tubular furnace is specially designed for the CVD process for the batch production of carbon nano tube materials with the big caliber and multiple temperature zones at the temperature lower than 1100℃. This type of carbon nano tube continuous production tubular furnace has the advantages of reasonable design of the number and length of temperature zones, rich experience in the continuous production of carbon nano tubes, strong process compliance, stable equipment performance and precise temperature control, and is suitable for the batch production of colleges, universities, scientific research institutions and carbon material enterprises.

◆Working temperature: RT~1000℃.
◆Number of furnace tubes: 1~4 optional.
◆Japanese preprogrammed temperature controller: Can edit, save and transfer multiple programs.
◆The ceramic fiber FEC heating module is adopted to realize the resistance wire-embedded surrounding heating effect.
◆Over-temperature protective function: The power is off automatically when the temperature exceeds the permissible set values.
◆Safety protection: The power is off automatically when the furnace body leaks current.
◆Feeding device: Automatic and manual feeding by the push rod.
◆Discharge device: Operation with quartz tube and glove box, perfect integration, high cleanliness.
◆The graphite or stainless steel sagger is selected to carry the catalyst.
