Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace
Introduction :
The furnace is based on both oil quenching furnace and gas quenching vacuum furnace, on the development of multi-functional vacuum heat treatment equipment, with energy-efficient and environmentally friendly use a wide range of investment and low cost. Effective utilization of equipment significantly increased, an energy-saving (30% --- 50%). The main application of vacuum bright hardening die steel, tool steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy materials, magnetic annealing solution and aging sinter brazing and other process.
Application :
It is applied for quenching high-speed tool steel, measuring vacuum hardening and cutting steel, tool steel and other alloy steel, with convection heating function, which can achieve the process of step hardening, isothermal quenching, but also tempering, annealing, carburizing, nitriding and other heat treatment process.
Model parameter:
Uniform temperatures in the range. 800-3,000 °C (1,500-5,400 °F)
Commercially available vacuum pumping systems can reach vacuum levels as low as 10−11 Torr. (1 Torr = 1.333 millibar)
Temperature can be controlled within a heated zone, typically surrounded by heat shielding or insulation.
Low contamination of the product by carbon, oxygen and other gases.
Vacuum pumping systems remove low temperature by-products from the process materials during heating, resulting in a higher purity end product.
Quick cooling (quenching) of product can be used to shorten process cycle times.
The process can be computer controlled to ensure repeatability.
