Electric center line butterfly valve of overview:
The electric center line butterfly valve (concentric butterfly valve) adopts the middle linear structure design. The valve plate center and the valve body center are concentric, that is, the shaft center of the valve rod, the center of the butterfly plate and the center of the valve body are all in the same position, forming the center symmetry of both sides. The shaft axis line of the valve rod and the central plane of the butterfly plate are in the same plane and intersect with the center line of the valve body pipe. The connection methods are: double clip, single clip, flange.
Electric center line butterfly valve of principle:
The valve rod of the electric center line butterfly valve is placed vertically with the butterfly plate, and the valve stem passes through the center of the butterfly plate. When the valve is closed, the synthetic rubber valve seat is squeezed by the outer circular sealing surface of the valve plate by rotating the valve plate. The synthetic rubber seat produces the sealing specific pressure formed by elastic deformation and elastic force, so as to ensure the sealing of the valve.
Electric neutral line butterfly valve of structure features:
1. The valve can be designed as flange connection, clamp connection and single clip connection.
2. The same pole can be designed as a through bar, through pin and two links of hexagonal connection structure.
3. As the sealing surface of the valve seat is integrated with the back, the deformation of the valve seat is reduced.
4. The rotating center of butterfly plate (i.e. the center of valve stem) is located on the center line of valve body and the section of sealing surface of butterfly plate.
5. The valve seat is made of synthetic rubber. When closing, the outer circle sealing surface of butterfly plate squeezes the synthetic rubber seat, which makes the valve seat produce elastic change and form elastic force, which is used as the sealing specific pressure to ensure the sealing of butterfly valve.
