The electric hard seal butterfly valve adopts three eccentric structure, and there is no friction transmission between the sealing surfaces. Electric hard seal butterfly valve of principle:
The electric hard seal butterfly valve is composed of electric actuator and metal seal butterfly valve. The valve is opened or closed by the power supply of electric actuator. The valve rod drives the disc plate to rotate back and forth in the range of 0-90 °. It can also be equipped with intelligent regulating actuator according to the working conditions to adjust the opening of butterfly valve disc plate arbitrarily, so as to control the precise control of various parameters such as medium temperature, flow, pressure, liquid level, etc. In high pressure and high temperature can maintain good operation, wear resistance, good mechanical, long service life, but sealing performance is worse than soft seal butterfly valve!

Differences between electric hard seal butterfly valve and electric soft seal butterfly valve:
1. Soft seal can be used in low pressure and normal pressure, and hard seal can be used in medium and high pressure conditions.
2. Soft seal is used in low temperature and normal temperature environment, while hard seal can be used in low temperature, normal temperature and high temperature environment.
3. Soft seal butterfly valve is mostly of medium linear structure, and hard seal is generally single eccentric, double eccentric and triple eccentric butterfly valve structure.
4. The sealing performance of soft sealing butterfly valve is better than that of three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve, but the three eccentric butterfly valve can keep good sealing performance under high pressure and high temperature.
Advantages and disadvantages of electric hard seal butterfly valve and electric soft seal butterfly valve are as follows:
The service life of hard seal butterfly valve is long, but its sealing performance is relatively poor than that of soft seal. The advantages of soft sealing butterfly valve are good sealing performance, but the disadvantages are easy aging, wear and short service life. The soft seal butterfly valve is mostly suitable for the opening and closing and regulating of corrosive and other normal temperature pipelines, while the hard sealing butterfly valve is mostly used for heating, gas supply, gas, oil, acid and alkali environment.
