Installation of equipment and related piping
1. The equipment should be installed indoors or in sheltered outdoor situations, with ambient temperature between 5 ° C and 40 ° C, relative humidity less than 90%, good ventilation, no flammable, explosive or corrosive gases or liquids around, and site altitude not higher than 2000 meters.
2. The installation of matching pumps for water supply equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the installation and operation instructions provided by the manufacturer. The peripheral pipes (water pipes or water outlet pipes) connected with the jellyfish pipes shall be arranged in strict accordance with the size and specifications attached to the jellyfish pipes, and the inner diameter of the peripheral pipes shall be ≥ the inner diameter of the jellyfish pipes.

Installation of frequency conversion control system

1. The surrounding environment has a great impact on the control system. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid places with direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity during installation. Relative humidity is less than 90% and condensation of water droplets/frost is not allowed.
2. The installation site should avoid oil mist, flammable and explosive gases and liquids, cotton dust, etc.
3. If floor-to-ceiling control cabinet is used, the base must be equipped and the distance between the base of control cabinet and the ground shall be no less than 10cm; If using hanging wall type installation, must ensure that the suspension device strength is enough, and the wall must not be too damp.
4. When wiring, it is strictly prohibited that any metal objects such as bits and pieces of wires and screws fall into the control cabinet. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the control system to appear the obstacle, the serious consequence of setting damage by wrong action.
5. As the frequency conversion control system is equipped with a frequency converter, the input and output loop of the control system contains high-frequency components, which may bring electromagnetic wave obstacles to the use of communication equipment near the control cabinet. At this time, radio noise filter or noise filter propagated can be installed to reduce interference.
